Our Mission
We created these beautiful nature immersions to take the power of deep breathing and mindful movement to a whole new level. Tune into your senses and allow nature to soothe your soul and sweep away your stress. Each immersion will differ in location and activities. For now, our events take place around Waterford, Kilkenny and Tipperary. If you know some magical nature spots, send us an email and we will review them for future events.

Sunday May 5th we have another nature immersion, and we cannot wait!
Location: Castlemorris Woods (10:30am- 12:30)
What to Expect: This 2 hour event will begin by greeting everyone and taking a mindful walk together through the magic of Castlemorris woods. We will stop at various points throughout for some mindful practices. The total walking time will be approximately 1 hour (no hills), while the remaining hour will be spent doing breathwork, movement & other mindful techniques. No experience needed here, we will guide you through everything. Let the gentle whispers of nature wash your worries away.
