Our Cancellation Policy 

We kindly ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client and to respect the value of our time.


Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in the full session fee being charged.


If payment for a missed or late-cancelled appointment is not settled, future bookings will not be confirmed. Should you attempt to book again, you will be required to pay for both the missed session and the new appointment in advance, or your booking may be refused.


We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always aim to be fair. However, this policy is in place to ensure mutual respect, commitment, and the smooth running of our practice.
